Chapter 70 Tony: Don't panic, I'll deliver it!(1/2)

On the east side of Manhattan, somewhere in a luxurious villa, a super party is being held.

The music is loud, the lights are twinkling, and the hot ladies are twisting wildly on the dance floor.

Tony Stark, enjoying the warm service of the girl beside him.

The girl wearing a black low-cut short skirt was like a beautiful snake without bones, wrapped around Tony's body limply, her little hands circling from her chest to her waist, her eyes were full of kindness.

"Hey, beauty, how about we go upstairs."

Tony doesn't want to waste time, because tomorrow night, as scheduled, he has a lot of things to do. Although he may not go, who knows what will happen then!

So I definitely can’t live up to it tonight.

The playboy couldn't wait to walk upstairs to enjoy the highlight of the night.

However……

"Damn it, who's looking for me at this time?"

Tony muttered angrily.

Although he complained, he still took out his mobile phone. The caller was a very familiar person.

"Obadiah?"

Tsk!

I guess it’s the company’s business again, so annoying!

Tony raised his eyebrows, a little disgusted.

However, after all, it was Obadiah, and Tony still respected him very much, so it was hard not to accept him.

"Tony..."

"Um, Obadiah?"

There was something wrong with Obadiah's voice.

That’s right, it’s quite imaginary!

Although Obadiah has gained a lot of weight in recent years and rarely exercises, it is only what time it is and the nightlife has just begun, so this is not the case.

"Tony, listen to me."

"I'm on Rockaway Street in Queens. I, I have something to talk to you about."

On the other side of the phone, Obadiah spoke intermittently.

"Um, now, are you sure?"

Tony looked at the time and showed a strange expression.

"Yes, now, I'm waiting for you here. Come over as soon as possible."

After Obadiah finished speaking, he hung up without waiting for what Tony was saying.

Holding the phone, Tony was a little confused.

He knew Queens, but where was Rockaway Street?

Also, what does it mean that Obadiah went to Queens late at night to ask for a meeting with him?

"Jarvis, help me locate Obadiah's cell phone signal and see where he is now."

"Okay, sir."

Jarvis's voice came from the phone.

"Mr. Obadiah, moving in Queens, has entered Rockaway Street."

"I just want to know, where is that damn Rockaway Street, an underground drinking club, or some private club?"

Tony suddenly felt a little irritable, and he had a premonition that something might have happened to Obadiah.

"Sir, in fact, it is not the case. Rockaway Street is an ordinary community. It is a block composed of old low-rise buildings. There is no large business district nearby. It belongs to the elderly..."

"Stop, I understand, does that mean something happened to Obadiah?"

As far as he knows, Obadiah has no recent thoughts about building a senior citizen community.

Why go to a remote place like that when you don't stay at home so late at night?

no.

He was going to check out the situation.

"Contact Happy and ask him to drive to pick me up, and we'll go take a look."

Tony said to Jarvis.

"Sir, my suggestion is to contact the New York Police Department or notify Miss Pepper to deal with emergencies."

Jarvis gave sound advice.

Knowing that something is wrong now, shouldn’t the most important thing to do be to call the police?

However, that is the choice of ordinary people. The famous Tony Stark has never taken the ordinary path.

"No, no, no, don't be anxious."

"I think I know who did the good deed."

Tony's flexible mind recalled the information about the Black Hand organization that Pepper showed him when he left the Stanton Building.

Those little thieves couldn't find him and probably took action against Obadiah.

There were only four people on the other side, and he and Happy could handle them enough.

Tony was inexplicably confident in himself at this time. His career as a playboy had lasted a long time, and now he should transform into a superhero.

"Jarvis, contact Happy quickly and prepare a press statement. I even thought of the New York Times headline later."

"The gang that left the New York Police Department helpless was all arrested overnight."

"Tony Stark! The savior of the NYPD!"

"Ha, this title is so cool!"

"Well, sir, if you insist."

Jarvis paused for a moment, and according to Tony's instructions, he contacted Happy.

"Hey, girl, I'm sorry, I have other arrangements and need to leave first."

Putting down the phone, Tony pushed away the little hand that was fanning the flames and stood up to leave.

"Tony"

An unwilling voice sounded from behind.

"Wait for me here, I'll be right back!"

Before he finished speaking, Tony left the room.

The night is dark.

On the deserted street, Happy drove the car very fast, crossing the Roosevelt Expressway on the east side of Manhattan.

After turning a corner, they entered Queens, and then drove towards Rockaway Street. The further in, the fewer vehicles on the street, and gradually they were the only ones left on the road.

"Tony, I don't think this is reliable. Let's go back."

Happy's fat face was sweating a little.

He wasn't nervous about himself, but he was afraid that something might happen to Tony.

Pepper had told him that there was a kidnapping gang targeting Tony, but he had not taken it seriously before. After all, there were so many thieves, and Tony could not be kidnapped so easily.

But walking to such a remote place in the middle of the night seemed a bit like giving someone away.

"Don't be nervous, Happy, Obadiah is waiting for me in front?"

Tony wasn't too nervous, he was even a little eager to try.

He is still a playboy and has no idea what the specific meaning of a superhero is.

All he could think about now was that he was about to make headlines.

"Relax, Happy. With your size and my skills, I'll take you with me when the time comes to make the news."

As he said this, Tony made two cheery gestures.

"Hopefully Pepper won't kill me!"

Happy couldn't talk to Tony, so he could only drive forward with a look of despair. After about a few minutes, he turned left and right and finally reached the place.

This is a narrow alley that can only allow one car to pass. There are short and old residential buildings on both sides. The street lights on one side are flashing, and the surroundings are very dark and intrusive.

"Tony, I am telling you seriously, I feel something is wrong. Why would Mr. Obadiah have an appointment with you in a place like this?"
