Chapter 182: Orchard Tour

Not long after Chi Sangyue left, Chi Weiwan and Tan Qing came with Yi Xiaoxiao.

It was still early in the morning, so I didn’t rush to ring the bell.

Chi Weiwan came here with her brother a few times. She looked very familiar, so she suggested stroll around.

The group of four walked around and arrived at the rear of Yichengyuan.

Not far behind Yichengyuan is a four-meter-wide river with gentle water flowing. Outside the river is a row of poplar trees, with straight roots, about the same height and thickness, and even the distance is the same.

Behind is the endless orchard.

This is the season when the fruits are ripe. When the breeze swept, the sweet fruit aroma came.

An Hao couldn't help but close his eyes and took a deep breath, "I asked why I asked about a fruity smell in the yard, but I didn't expect there was a large orchard behind it."

There was no bridge on the river. Chi Weiwan and three people came to a stone placed in the river. An irregular large stone about one meter square extended from this side of the river to the other side, with a little distance between them allowing the water to flow through.

Because people often walk away, the surface of the stone has become a little smooth.

Chi Weiwan jumped to the first stone first, turned around and waved to Anhao, "Let's go across the river to take a look, and try the freshest fruit that just picked from the tree."

Four people crossed the bridge on stones at one time. An inadvertently turned his head and looked at it. He found that a horizontally growing tree was just above the river about two hundred meters away from them. An old man dressed like a fruit farmer carried a bamboo basket on his shoulder and passed through the river from the trunk of the big tree.

Chi Weiwan followed An Hao's gaze and looked over, "Let's go there when we go back!"

An Hao looked back at the orchard that was so close to him, thinking seriously, "Are everyone in this orchard the fruit farmers nearby?"

"Yes!" Chi Weiwan nodded and waved his hand in the direction of the orchard. "This orchard is a famous fruit base in Dijing. Basically, the local fruits we bought in supermarkets are produced here, and they are sold abroad!"

An Hao walked under an apple tree and looked up at the smallest red fruits on it, which were as big as adult fists. "It really grew very well."

"Let's go, this orchard belongs to Mrs. Xu's house, I'll take you there."

Chi Weiwan seemed to be very familiar with this area. "I grew up in this orchard when I was a child. My parents were technicians in the fruit forest at that time. Later, they went to Changqing because of job transfers. They haven't come back for a long time. I don't know if Aunt Xu can recognize me."

After a while, An Hao and the others heard the voices.

It seems that someone is picking fruits in front of him.

After walking around a few more fruit trees, they finally met the person who picked the fruit.

Facing the side was a young woman with a cloth towel on her head, a little boy who was flexibly like a monkey lying on the tree, and the other side was facing the man holding a bamboo pole and looking at the tree from time to time while picking apples to prevent the little boy from falling off accidentally.

This is a family of three.

The young woman turned around and saw them, and quickly waved her hand to signal not to come forward.

Fruits fall from the tree from time to time, don't be hit on the head.

Chi Weiwan subconsciously stepped forward, looked at the man's back and shouted tentatively: "Brother Huzi!"

The man holding the bamboo pole paused his hand, turned his head and swept over Anhao and the other four, and finally stopped on Chi Weiwan's face, "Little Heiya!"

Chi Weiwan:·····

Yi Xiaoxiao and Tan Qing burst into laughter.

"Brother Huzi, if you call me the nickname when I was a child, I will ignore you!" Chi Weiwan stomped his feet with a red face.

Ten minutes later, they stood in a typical northern farmyard.

Aunt Xu, who is almost fifty years old, still walks with the wind and warmly welcomes Anhao and his group into the house.

What entertained them was a large pot of freshly squeezed fruit juice on the table and a beautifully-sized pot of fresh fruit cuts.

Aunt Xu grabbed Chi Weiwan's hand and the smile on her face never stopped, "If you come here in winter, we still have dried fruits and fruit tea."

An Hao picked up the apple juice in front of him and took a sip. He added honey to it, neutralizing the sour taste of the apple. After taking a sip, the fresh fruity smell instantly filled his mouth, and An Hao couldn't help but lit up his eyes.

Many of the fruits on the market now look bright, but they really don't taste as satisfactory. However, the fruits here unexpectedly look at her appetite.

Aunt Xu also wanted to keep An and the others for dinner, but Chi Weiwan waved his hand quickly, "Aunt Xu, we ordered a meal in Yichengyuan in front. It's not that the meal time has not arrived, so I will take my friends out for a walk!"

Aunt Xu suddenly looked regretful, "Then you must come to our house for a meal."

Chi Weiwan nodded.

Hu Zi, the famous Cheng Lihu, changed into clothes and walked in with his beautiful wife and young son, "Xiao Hei, no, Wanwan, I will introduce you to you. This is my wife, Li Nanyuan, my son, Cheng Yanbin, Binbin, call me!"

The little guy with a head-on head raised his head and shouted, "Auntie!"

Chi Weiwan touched his head with a smile, and then looked at Li Nanyuan who was standing on the side with a smile on her face, "Hello sister-in-law!"

Li Nanyuan smiled and replied: "Good night!"

The sound made Chi Weiwan stunned, "Is my sister-in-law from Jiangnan?" Only Jiangnan, who was born on the south bank of the Lanjiang River, would have such soft tone when he was alive.

"I am from Suhang." Li Nanyuan nodded with a smile.

Chi Weiwan quietly gave Cheng Lihu a thumbs up.

Unexpectedly, Brother Hu Zi, who has always been carefree, can actually marry a gentle Jiangnan wife.

Knowing that An Hao and others were visiting the orchard, Aunt Xu did not insist on keeping anyone, and asked her son to take the guests to have a good time, so she took her dear grandson and daughter-in-law back to the backyard.

Now is the time when the fruits are ripe, and the farmers have endless work to do at this time, but this also means a bumper harvest and the rich source of wealth brought by the bumper harvest. Chi Weinan knew this and insisted on not staying.

After all, when they were sitting there, the master had to leave his work behind to accompany him. How could she be so embarrassed?

After leaving the courtyard, Cheng Lihu led the roadside to turn around and introduced that the orchard had several kinds of fruits planted, and there was no obvious difference between them. Some places were interspersed with planting. After walking for about ten minutes, they had already stood in a vineyard. The green grapes were all huge and full. Cheng Lihu picked a few bunches and washed them under the faucets that could be seen everywhere in the orchard, and handed them back to Anhao, "Come on, try them all, our grapes are the main raw materials for a nearby wine company to make wine!"

An Hao said thank you and took the grape and pulled it off and put it in his mouth. The grape skin was broken with a touch of light, and the sour and sour juice instantly filled his mouth, and it was still seedless.

"What you eat is edible grapes, and they are planted for winemaking." Cheng Lihu saw that several people were having fun eating, and smiled happily and pointed at a distance.

An Hao looked over the place where he pointed, but found a new situation further away from another vineyard.

"Mr. Cheng, do you have a place to cultivate seedlings?"

Cheng Lihu looked at An Hao's sight and said with a hushed commentary, "This is also something we have just done in recent years. Experiments have found that our seedlings and fruit species have a high survival rate and strong environmental adaptability. Many people come to place orders every year, which is the best in China!"

"Will you take me to see?"

Cheng Lihu was stunned by An Hao's question, and then nodded, "Of course, but because of the need to fertilize, there are some poultry growing there. I'll find some plastic bags for you to put on your feet!"

An Hao waved his hand, "Since that's the case, let them eat here, Mr. Cheng will take me to see it alone!"

Having said this, Cheng Lihu has also come back to the taste, "Ms. An also wants a batch of saplings?"

An Hao nodded, "I have this idea, but I haven't found a good supplier of seedlings yet. I didn't expect that I would accidentally plant willows today!"

When the business came, Cheng Lihu naturally would not refuse. After leaving for a few minutes, he took a few plastic bags, handed them to An and tied them on his feet, "Let's go, Miss An, I'll take you to see!"

He was also planning to say this to Chi Weiwan and the others. Who knew that when he turned his head, the three of them had already crawled under the grape trellis and could not see it.

As soon as they reached the junction of the vineyard and the fruit seedling base, An He and Cheng Lihu followed a handsome big rooster from the orchard and brought a group of hens to face it.

Passing by Anhao, I pulled down a chicken shit.

Cheng Lihu subconsciously turned his head and glanced at An Hao beside him.

The taste of this place is not very good. An Hao looks like a little girl from the city. Can she get rid of her feet?
