In other words, the four elements are empty and are only form aggregates, and the five aggregates are everything. Only when the five aggregates are empty can they be free from everything!"

Yang Tianming smiled: "Buddhism is just one of many methods. Moreover, the four elements and five aggregates are empty, which is just a Buddhist theory. Even if this theory is correct, it is not the only one, because the essence of its breakthrough is to see through everything! Buddhism just clearly shows all this and gives anyone the opportunity to break through. But if you want to make a real breakthrough... First of all, you need to understand this essence and this principle, and you must also break through from the state of mind. Buddhism says that the five aggregates are empty, these four words seem easy, but they contain state of mind, mental power... all these methods.
