Chapter 217 The Eight Sufferings of Buddhism

"Why is it called the place where Bodhisattva Mahasattva is close to? Bodhisattva Mahasattva does not get close to kings, princes, ministers, officials; they do not get close to heretics, Brahma, Nicholas, etc., and create secular writing styles, praise foreign books, and those who go against the road. They do not get close to all evil shows, sumo wrestling and nara. They do not get close to Chandra, and livestock, pigs, sheep, chickens, dogs, hunting, fishing, and other evil laws.

Such people, who come sometimes, will preach without any hope. They will not be close to the Śrāvakas, nuns, upassas, and upasi, nor will they be inquired about the Śrāvakas, monks, nuns, and upasi, nor will they be asked about the information. If they are in the room, in the place of scriptures, or in the lecture hall, they will not be able to preach the Dharma as soon as possible. Manjushri, and Bodhisattva Mahasattva, should not be taught by women who can develop desires and think, nor will they be happy to see it.

Others do not talk to young girls, virgins, widow girls, etc., and they do not think that the five kinds of unmanly people think that they are close to each other. If there is a cause and condition, they should only recite the Buddha's name with all their hearts. If they preach to women, they do not smile, they do not show their feelings, and even do not be close to each other. What's more, they do not be close to each other? They are not happy to be young disciples, novice, and children, they are not happy to be with the same master. They are always fond of meditation, and practice their minds in idle places. Manjushri is called the first close place. Furthermore, Bodhisattva Mahasattva sees all dharmas empty, as the truth, not inverted, not moving, not retreating, not turning, like the void, without all nature, all languages ​​are cut off, not born, not out, not arise, without name and form, in fact, without any possession, infinite, boundless, without obstacles and obstacles, but because of the cause and condition, they are born from the inverted nature. Always optimistic about such dharmas, is called the second close place of Bodhisattva Mahasattva."

"Master, can the disciple understand this way: without fear, can be said with peace of mind, empty and without everything, without arise and death, without firmness, without cowardice, and can settle in the first Dharma, and can be able to come to the future."

If we cannot find it, we can never get what we want, which is another kind of pain."
