Chapter Thirteen: A Trip to Los Angeles (2)

Ji Zheng was in a low mood. He had been struggling with hunger and cold for many years. It was not easy for him to live a life of adequate food and clothing, and it was even more difficult.

Ji Zheng was standing on the head of the shopkeeper. Looking at the shopkeeper's appearance, he became more disgusted. His emotions couldn't help but leak out. He smashed his fist on the counter. The shopkeeper jumped twice, shrank his neck, and said in a low voice: "Good man, please spare your life."

Ji Zheng put the jar of wine in his arms on the counter, with a dark face, jumped to the third floor, and kicked open the door that closed the door. As the door panel was kicked open, half of it faded away.

The door was open and there was no one inside. Ji Zheng walked into the room. The decoration of this room was very luxurious, with famous paintings and hanging on the walls.

The room was divided into two parts, partly a round table, and there was only a pot of gorgeous peony flowers on the table. The fragrance of flowers was so strong that Ji Zheng was cautious and had already held his breath. He walked to the side of the river and pushed open the closed window. The fresh air outside the room blew into the room with the wind, weakening the fragrance of the pot of flowers.

There is another part, which seems to be a place where you can rest and work. There are cases. Although there is no paper on the case, there are four treasures of the study. The lounge chair is placed beside the window.

Ji Zheng pushed open the window there again, and heard a pounce outside and the heavy object landing on the ground.

"Silly. Keep the small flowers under the flower pot." Li Mei stood at the door and said sarcastically.

The flower pot ended with Li Mei's voice, and it plopped outside the window, as if it hit someone's body. There was only a scream, and then there was a sound of someone running.

Ji Zheng understood that Li Mei must be dissatisfied with his actions when she showed up, so he lowered his head uneasily to wait for Li Mei to scold him.

Li Mei looked at the painting on the wall, "What are these?" With a wave of her hand, the painting turned into small pieces like a butterfly, and flew out of the window with a hula, and the mechanism on the wall was immediately revealed.

There are two secret doors, one on the left and right.

Without waiting for Li Mei to speak, Ji Zheng smashed the four treasures of the study on the case table hard to both sides.

The doors on both sides were smashed into pieces by these things, and the rooms on both sides were immediately presented to them, but before they could take a step, the ground under their feet opened, and it turned out that there were mechanisms here.

Ji Zheng wanted to jump up, but was hit by an undercurrent, without any pain. Ji Zheng pretended to be unprepared and fell into the trap. They kept falling down, thinking they would fall on the second floor, but they were not. When the surrounding environment turned dark, their bodies continued to fall, and Ji Zheng's heart began to panic.

Li Mei took out something from her arms and threw it to Ji Zheng. Ji Zheng hurriedly caught it. It was a large bead with high purity. The beads emitted light, just illuminating the surroundings. It seemed that she had thrown something down, and the light rushed straight down.

Ji Zheng looked down with regret and secretly tried to catch up with the falling beads.

"Fool." Li Mei smiled.

Ji Zheng had no words and continued to do what he wanted to do, his body quickly falling down.

When they heard the sound of running water, Li Mei threw out another thing, and that thing could only fall at Li Mei's feet. Ji Zheng had already fallen into the water, stabbed a fierce shot, drilled into the water, and grabbed the beads that were falling.

When he remembered Li Mei, he turned around on the water and saw Li Mei sitting on a board, looking at him with a smile.

Ji Zheng was not good at speaking and hurriedly raised the two beads in his hand high above his head.

"Fool." Li Mei gave him the reward.

Ji Zheng didn't care, so he swam to the board and held the beads in front of Li Mei.

Li Mei put away the beads, pointed to the open space in front and said, "Come up, the monster is here."

Ji Zheng quickly turned over and jumped onto the board. Only then did he realize that the board was a round table. When he thought of himself falling into the water, the huge round table hit him, and he would be injured even if he didn't die.

"Go back, I'll kill them." Ji Zheng said viciously.

"You have to have the ability to find the person behind it." Li Mei said lightly.

"I know that man, your maid, the maid who came to someone's house to ask for money."

"Oh?" Li Mei whispered: "It is also a good opportunity to meet old friends."

"Old friend? She wants your life." Ji Zheng was so angry that he was angry.

"She really wants to take my life away. Unfortunately, different people have different lives. Why don't she understand this principle? It's a pity that I gave her the opportunity."

The things underwater wandered for a long time, but they didn't encounter food. They opened their mouths and took a breath towards the things on the water.

There was only Li Mei on the water surface, and the huge wooden board where Ji Zheng and they were sitting. The wooden board carried them and floated towards their huge mouths.

"Huh?" Li Mei poked her head and thought, there are crocodiles here?

This crocodile looks like it. Compared with the crocodile in memory, the crocodile in memory is not that big.

The wooden board was bitten by such a crocodile, and its huge head swayed from side to side. However, the people standing on the wooden board were not ordinary people. When the wooden board was shaking, their heels seemed to be sucked on the wooden board, and their whole body was shaking gracefully as the template swayed.

A small window was opened, and a head was penetrated from inside, "Two people are enough to eat today." It was a rough voice of a man.

Li Mei used a life-seeking chain formed by blue air balls to wrap around the man's neck. With a trembling hand, the man flew in through the window and fell into the water.

This huge crocodile shook for a long time and didn't get what it wanted. Just as it was about to lose its temper, the water emitted a smell of blood and rushed towards the source of the blood. Then, the fish sank to the bottom of the water.

Li Mei and Ji Zheng looked at each other. Li Mei threw out the hammer of the blue air ball at the window. The window was broken, and the caregiver on the other side hurriedly dodged away. Ji Zheng bent his knees and bounced up again, and his whole body rushed in from the window.

The fighting sounds inside were very tragic. Li Mei took the chain without panic and approached the window.

Suddenly a man fell into the water from inside, and he emerged from the water in panic and shouted for help.

Li Mei silently bypassed the man to prevent him from grabbing the broken wooden board she stepped on.

The people in the water had already seen a glimmer of hope and refused to give up. No matter how he reached out to grab it, the wooden board seemed to have a pair of eyes, and could see his actions and deliberately avoid him. In this way, it made him begin to reflect on himself. He did many evil things on weekdays, and was the person who fell into the water as he was now, full of despair, waiting for death.

When he was about to swim deeper, he could fill his body with the strange fish's belly so that he could earn more time for them.

The strange fish had already opened its mouth wide at him, and the water around it flowed into its mouth.

With a light whine, the strange fish twitched, and after a while, its body rolled violently in the water.

The strange fish's body twisted a few times, then his belly was facing up and never moved again.

The person who fell into the water looked back and saw that there was no trace of anyone on the wooden board.

The surroundings were silent and seemed to be lifeless.

Stepping onto the broken window, there were three people, but they didn't know where they went.

He looked around and confirmed that he was the only one, so he stepped out of the secret room and walked out.

Along the way, the house that I thought was very strong was already broken, and gravel was spread on the ground, without a drop of blood on the ground.

When the sun outside shook his eyes so hard that his eyes were hurt, he realized that he had already walked around the gate of hell. Since he had given him a second life, he should leave this place of failure immediately.

Li Mei and Ji Zheng took action separately and knocked the person who was chopped down with the knife. The remaining one had already escaped while panic.

"Why don't you leave a living place?" Li Mei complained.

"They are not dead." Ji Zheng explained.

"How long will it take to wait for them to wake up?" Li Mei frowned and asked impatiently.

There was a bucket of water on the side. I don’t know what it was for. Ji Zheng lifted it up and poured it over as the two of them. He choked on his back. Both of them woke up, wiping their faces and shouting for forgiveness.

Ji Zheng mentioned these two people and "lead the way."

The two men leading the way said nothing, lowered their heads and walked out, and walked out of the door. Before they could get moved, Li Mei had already smashed the door.

While dodging the gravel falling from the heads, the two looked back. The two of them had empty hands and no weapons. What did they use to smash the solid wall? The two looked at each other, but they saw fatal fear from each other.

The two of them dared not say more, and lowered their heads and walked carefully through the gravel.

When they walked to a door, it was a machine door, and they had no keys.

Before he could explain, the door in front of him shattered and broke again.

The gravel fell down again at a rapid speed. When the gravel fell completely, the two of them couldn't help but leaned together, held hands and continued to move forward.

I don’t know why my master is so sure, but it turns out that he is very stupid.

The two of them started sign language in their hands and agreed to send off the two great gods this time and run away together.

Li Mei hugged her arms and followed them, shaking them, occasionally walking a few steps, mostly floating on the ground and slowly.

Ji Zheng followed Li Mei, and he was not as unscrupulous as Li Mei. He observed the surroundings carefully, hoping to find some clues.

Everything was futile, and there was no clue that he hoped to find.

The sunlight outside shone on his body. He looked back and looked behind him, opening his mouth like the man-eating demon cave in his dream, waiting to devour them all the time.

"The noble man. The young man is just a fish farmer. The owner will come, and he will not show his face."

"Neither, I only know that he is less than old and never shows up in this city. Maybe it is the eldest son hidden in the deepest family."

The two of them said this, one is to show their sincerity in surrendering; the other is to strive for them to be kind and let them live a life.

Li Mei waved her hand and let them go.

"Why let them go?" Ji Zheng asked in confusion.

"These two are not those big and thick people. They are small in shape. They look outside with their eyes squinted. They must have been staying in the dark for too long. What secrets can such people know. If they leave and have a life, they will definitely go far away and will not stay here for a moment." Li Mei said.

"What should we do?" Ji Zheng asked Li Mei.

Li Mei pointed to the stone secret room, "Look at it, hurry up."

Hurry up, Ji Zheng got this order, no need to ask, and slapped hundreds of palms inside, and the stone house fell to the ground and broke clean.

After doing so many times at once, Ji Zheng shook his shoulders a few times and turned to look at Li Mei.

Li Mei nodded, "Not bad."

Ji Zheng was like a five-year-old child who got the reward he wanted, and he could only grin and smile.
