Chapter seven hundred and fifty-seven, those who are covered in Luo Qi(1/2)

The school beauty quickly brought Liu Xin to Nan Yi. Nan Yi unscrupulously looked at Liu Xin's hair to the instep that was not wrapped in high heels, and estimated the size of her feet.

Liu Xin was not annoyed by Nan Yi's unscrupulous look at her. Instead, she responded with a woman's provocative look, like water tolerate and seduce people like lightning. She has a pair of natural electric eyes.

Nan Yi frivolously reached out and touched Liu Xin's right cheek, then patted her gently to try the feel, and then naturally slid down and hooked her chin, "Miss Fang Ming?"

"Liu Xin."

Liu Xin's voice was unpleasant, but it was very rude and turbulent.

"Very good." Nan Yi's hand left Liu Xin's chin, and the frivolous face changed to being serious. "I wonder if Miss Liu is willing to surrender to the position of the company's public relations manager? We will start with one thousand yuan per month, and..."

Nan Yi pointed to the crown car that had already parked beside the tiger cub, "Starting from your appointment, this is your car."

"My car?"

Liu Xin looked at the car, her eyes filled with surprise and obsession, "Get a car? Can I actually get a car?"

"Do you like it?"

Liu Xin replied subconsciously: "I like it."

"Go up and try your car."

Nan Yi hugged Liu Xin's waist, hugged her and walked to the car, opened the rear door for her, let Liu Xin sit in first, and then followed him in.

Like most people who are new to luxury cars, Liu Xin first puts her butt, then looked around the decorations in the car. When her eyes were satisfied, she leaned on the back and stretched her body to Nanyi. The collar of the silk shirt naturally drooped.

"Boss, what do you need me to do?" Liu Xin's voice added charm.

Nan Yi took out the money from his pocket, pointed out two thousand yuan, pinched Liu Xin's wrist, and gently placed the money in her palm, "This is your installation fee. The clothes on the first floor of Wanghailou are good. From head to toe, I will buy you a decent outfit for you. I will go to room 608, Wanghailou to find me tomorrow morning at 8 o'clock.

Dress up with some thoughts and think about what I need you. The outfit you show me tomorrow will affect my evaluation of you, and naturally, it will also affect your subsequent treatment.

Now, I'll get off the car first, and you and your car will be alone for a while."

After Nan Yi finished speaking, he pushed open the car door and left Liu Xin alone in the car. When he closed the car door and walked away, he heard a subtle cheer.

With a knowing smile, Nan Yi walked towards the shade.

All living beings bet on their youth and body tomorrow. The difference is nothing more than the different focus. In the summer of 1989, the bets placed by Liu Xin had a great chance to win countless times of the chips. What Nan Yi had to do was to guide her to place the bets in areas with larger multiples.

The recruitment continued until the stall was closed in the evening. Su Meng only pushed three people over, and Nan Yi left only one man named Zhao Jun, and the other two fell into his eyes.

"Do you know the ox?"

While eating noodles at the stall next to Wanghai Tower, Nan Yi asked Su Meng, who was sitting next to him.

"I am cold in my eyes and pointed at thousands of people, and I am willing to be a ox for a child." Su Meng replied.

"A few years ago, Pan He, a sculptor, arrived in Shenhua, and saw tractors, bulldozers, and dust rolling everywhere. The tractor pulled the bricks and tree heads away again and again. The visual impact immediately gave him the creative inspiration of the Ruziniu. Moreover, he believed that the Ruziniu who reclaimed the barren land should be directly called the Ruziniu. This is the creative process of his work "Ruziniu".

Now, you are a billion international destiny cattle. Whether you want to be a buffalo or a scalper, in short, starting today, you will not only serve as the general manager of the company's French business district, but also serve as my secretary.

You have to go to work when I go to work, and you can get off work after I get off work.

I recruited two people today, and your reward is 40 yuan. If you were not admitted, your fine is 20 yuan. I will give you it. This is the remaining 20 yuan."

Nan Yi said, paying 20 yuan and handing it to Su Meng.

Su Meng looked at the money and asked in surprise: "Didn't you pay with your salary?"

"No, there is no need to recruit all year round, so there is no need to form a system for rewards and punishments." Nan Yi waved his hand and said, "Eat quickly, we will go to see the office space later."

When Su Meng heard what Nan Yi said, she immediately accelerated her eating noodles.

There are not only job advertisements and self-recommendation letters on the wall of the sea, but also rental information posted by locals. Nanyi has already copied the addresses of several companies.

As a special zone, many regulations here in Coconut City are relatively loose, such as the procedures for registering a company are relatively simple, the requirements for registering an address are not strict, and the company can be registered even if the office address is in a private house.

After eating the noodles, Nan Yi took Su Meng from near to far to see the house.

It was relatively smooth. When I arrived at my second home in Longkunxia Village, Nanyi took a fancy to three one-bedroom and one-living rooms. After some bargaining, Nanyi went from 50 yuan per room per month to 800 yuan per month.

After another dispute, Nan Yi promised that he would pay the tax and give him another 10 yuan in car fee, so he told the landlord to sign a lease with him at the housing management office.

Nan Yi has not only felt the warmth of a good landlord, but also experienced the difficulty of a bad landlord. He follows the rules. If the landlord is not up to the point, he can do ruthlessly without any psychological burden, such as finding a few tuberculosis-like creatures to live in, or the kind used to put a coffin and lying in the corpse.

After finishing the office space, Nan Yi still did not let Su Meng get off work, but took the person back to Wanghailou.

Take a can of coconut milk from the refrigerator and gave it to Su Meng, and Nan Yi started chatting with her, "Where are you living now?"

"Longhua Guesthouse."

"Longhua." Nan Yi searched for his memory, "I have seen it, not too far away."

"Yes, it only takes more than ten minutes to walk over."

Su Meng nodded.

"How many people have a room?"

"There are five beds, but now I only live in three people."

"Oh, let's just do it first. When the office is ready, I will move out of Wanghailou and rent a house. At that time, I will rent one for you as well. It will be a benefit given to you by the company."

"Um."

The greetings came to an abrupt end. Nan Yi picked up the European yellow pages and a notebook and handed it to Su Meng. "The circle on it, and the letter "rf" on it is marked on the side is a French company that operates a silk business. You can write down the contact information and information on it yourself, and they will be your potential customers.

September is already half past, and it is less than a month before the autumn fair of the Canton Fair this year. Before the autumn fair, you have to win at least two or three interested customers. It is best to invite people to Coconut City, or go to Yangcheng to accompany them to the exhibition."

"Okay, I'll start now."

Su Meng responded and immediately entered the working state.

Nan Yi watched Su Meng work for a while, and his mind started to turn again.

Silk has always been the highlight of the Canton Fair. decades ago, foreigners came to attend the Canton Fair either for soybeans or for silk, and they were disdainful of domestic industrial products at the beginning.

It is precisely because silk is an important product for foreign exchange earnings and a money cow for national foreign exchange earnings that it has always been paid more attention to. In 1966, a national purchase price was also set, which is also called 66 books in the industry.

At the beginning, the acquisition price was quite reasonable, but after entering the 1980s, after many inflation, 66 became out of place. Naturally, the nest silk factory complained.

An article in the Economic Newspaper in 1985 said that the silk industry is "bitter vegetable flower under the money tree". Many silk-related enterprises are underpaid, and the benefits are extremely small. There is a silk reeling factory in Gusu that has a production history of 60 years and has more than 1,600 employees. The profit in 1984 is only more than 300,000 yuan.

The silk industry has disconnected work remuneration, welfare gap, low bonus level, high labor intensity, and mostly female workers. They stand for a long time at work, have high movement frequency, keep moving eyes, hands, and legs, and have a high concentration of thoughts.

For example, the silk reelerator has to do 130 movements per minute; the silk fence work frequency is high, and the technology is complex, and the operation is difficult; the noise in the silk workshop is generally between 90-101 decibels, exceeding the national regulations of 85 decibels; the lights are dim and the relative humidity is high, which is easy to cause occupational diseases.

Therefore, there are three difficulties in the silk industry - first, it is difficult to recruit new workers. Whenever recruiting workers, there are crowds of applicants in other industries, while the silk industry is deserted. Many factory managers worry that the silk industry will be short of successors; second, it is difficult for employees to be stable, have high centrifugal force, and require outflow; third, there are few profits and many retired workers.

Also in 1985, another report was published in the Economic Newspaper - it was so sad that real silk became.

It is said that Hangzhou silk production has a history of more than 2,000 years, has a good foundation and advantages, and is comparable to the beautiful West Lake scenery and is well-known both at home and abroad. Therefore, Hangzhou's silk industry has become a pillar of Hangzhou's economy and plays an important role.

In 1984, there were 15 major categories, more than 200 varieties, and nearly 2,000 colors of silk produced in Hangzhou. The total production of silk accounts for 46% of the province, and printed silk accounts for 45.5% of the province.

In the past 20 years, the silk industry has paid national taxes, which is equivalent to 6.9 times the original value of fixed assets in the entire industry in 1984, and earned more than 1.5 billion US dollars in foreign exchange. However, due to various reasons, the silk industry has encountered great difficulties, making Hangzhou, the world-famous silk palace, become a "silk pain".

In recent years, most of the means of production have been bargained for supply, and the production costs have increased significantly, while silk products still execute 66 copies after leaving the factory, and the prices are seriously deviating from their value, affecting production development.

For example, the production cost per load of fresh cocoon increased by more than 50% in 1984 compared with 1979, while the purchase price remained unchanged for many years, and the actual income of silkworm farmers decreased.

According to a typical survey of several major crops in Yuhang in 1981, the net income per mu, sericulture, sericulture, 35% less income than cotton, 29% less income than plain water fish, and 26% less income than plain water fish. This unreasonable price comparison situation becomes more obvious.

Silkworm farmers complained: " Raising silkworms can only lead to poverty, not wealth."

Therefore, the area of mulberry gardens and cocoon production in the county has decreased year by year. In 1984, the area of mulberry gardens decreased by 25% compared with 1979, and the cocoon production decreased by 38%, resulting in insufficient raw materials for the silk factory. Although the city has successively merged and closed four silk factories, the only remaining silk factories are still in a semi-hungry and half-full state, and some wire reeling machines are forced to stop and switch to production.

The outdated production equipment is not updated in time, and the gap with the advanced level at home and abroad widens.

At present, 3/4 of the Hangzhou Silk Reel Factory has vertical reel machines. What is more prominent is that there are more than 800 old iron wood looms and more than 30,000 square meters of dilapidated houses yet to be renovated. After the liberation, the largest Hangzhou Silk Printing and Dyeing Joint Factory in the country is still using old equipment from the 1930s and 1940s. In terms of technological transformation, the factory is in a dilemma of having neither money nor power.

Enterprises have little profits and employees have low income, which affects their enthusiasm.

Taking 1984 as an example, in addition to paying income tax, adjustment tax and repaying loans, the company's retained part of the profits realized by the silk industry in the municipal budget, the net retained profit was less than 9.82 million yuan.

In such a small profit, it must be used for the production and development funds, new product development funds and reserve funds of 22 national-owned production enterprises in the entire system, as well as reward funds and welfare funds for more than 25,000 employees. The enterprises are simply unable to carry out technological transformation.

Employees' living welfare has not been improved as they should, and their wages are not only lower than that of some emerging industries, but also lower than that of the 1950s.

Therefore, there has been a situation where "old workers cannot stay stable and new workers cannot be recruited", and the outflow of technicians continues to deteriorate. The situation in Jiangsu Province is similar to that in Zhejiang Province, which shows that this is not a temporary and local problem and its nature cannot be underestimated.

In April 1986, the Economic News published an article - the mystery of the backlog of 10,000 tons of factory wire.

It was said that it was January of the same year that the founding of the Silk Association was held. The good news came out at the meeting: Since the founding of the People's Republic of China, the silk industry has earned 10 billion US dollars in foreign exchange for the country, the profits and taxes were paid 10 billion yuan, and the farmers' income was 10 billion yuan.

At the same time, an authoritative conclusion from the senior decision-making officials was also reported: "Since the growth rate of cocoon wire in recent years is higher than that of domestic and foreign trade, the factory wire backlog has caused more than 10,000 tons. Therefore, the development speed is currently under appropriate control."

At the same time, the leaders at the meeting announced that the administration has decided on three severe policy measures:

1. In the spring of 1986, the cocoon price was reduced by 20%, and limited purchases were implemented;

2. Acquisition of summer cocoons and early autumn cocoons as silk threading raw materials;

3. The country will not collect any unplanned wires produced in silk reeling factories.

So the meeting ended with a sigh of worry and the silkworm baby was about to suffer.

In mid-April, the Silk Corporation and the State Price Bureau jointly issued a document to about 40 units across the country to implement the three measures, which became verbally "one more cocoon will not be collected, and one more kilogram of silk in the factory will not be collected."

Some provinces do not agree to implement this regulation. At the silkworm variety appraisal meeting held in Funan and the national mulberry cocoon standard formulation meeting held in Wuhan, it caused a strong response to the plan to reduce the acquisition of 1 million dan of silkworm cocoons this year.

The delegates believed that these three measures would not work, and that even if they could be implemented vigorously, it would be a disaster or a blessing. They were full of discussions, but most of them did not believe in the stock of 10,000 tons of white factory silk, which was a mystery, and the saying that silkworms would suffer is more consistent.
