Chapter 5 - Reunion

…………

A month later, Nathanos returned to Marris Farm. His parents had returned here, and since Breed and Jonathan received knighthoods for participating in the war, the family rarely had the opportunity to have dinner together.

Of course, Nathanos did not blame Stephen for betraying him. After all, Sylvanas had something important to tell him.

"Did you hear that, Brad?"

"What?"

Jonathan glanced at Daphne and Nathanos in the kitchen, and then whispered: "General Turalyon ordered the alliance troops to regroup."

"It's not a secret, brother," Brad replied. He had received a notice from the army a few days ago, and he would be serving again soon.

"Those orcs deserve to die." Jonathan knocked on the table lightly, blaming it all on the orcs and the tribe. "They still want to come back! Why hasn't the king executed the chief of the tribe?"

“This is not what we have to consider.”…

Nathanos listened to the conversation between his father and uncle, and leaned absently at the door of the kitchen. In front of him was his mother Daphne, who was stewing meat. The announcement from the kingdom had already spread throughout Lordaeron, and Nathanos didn't know who it was.

The idiot suggested that Terenas do this. This was really stupid. The war was finally over - at least most people thought so, but this announcement told everyone that everything was not over yet. Let the people who had already returned to peace

Another wave of rumors arose in the human kingdom.

"well!"

"Huh?" Nathanos came back to his senses. He thought he had heard wrongly. Daphne seemed to have sighed just now. Only then did Nathanos realize that his mother seemed to have changed. She was not old, but haggard.

Quite a bit. The aroma wafting from the pot in front of her could not stop her from looking sad. It was obvious that she had heard what her husband said. Nathanos would not comfort his mother, let alone say that his father had not left yet, and how many more days would it take.

God - in this case, no matter what I say now, I can't change the result of my father leaving again.

And Nathanos doesn't agree with Jonathan's point of view. Even if the Dark Portal is closed forever, Lordaeron will not gain peace. When he came back, he had heard some rumors that some human villages were invaded by red dragons.

They attacked. Nathanos will never forget how terrible power those flying ones have. He witnessed the fire of Quel'Thalas. Whenever he recalls this incident, he feels like he has lost a loved one.

The grief-stricken Alleria stood in front of her.

During the Battle of Blackrock Spire, the red dragons did not appear. Nathanos was not sure why, but this also allowed the Alliance to easily defeat the Horde. However, why did the flying dragons controlled by the orcs not appear at that time?

But at this time, the tribe had been defeated, but they became active again? These problems have been bothering him and made him a little irritable.

"child?"

"Huh?...Mother?"

Daphne's worried tone made Nathanos a little at a loss. He responded with an awkward smile, indicating that he was fine.

“So delicious!”

"It'll be ready soon, just need to add some more seasonings."

After a brief exchange of greetings, Nathanos breathed a sigh of relief. In fact, he was still hiding it from his parents. In a few days, he would go north to Quel'Thalas as agreed, and what he had to do next was also related to the confrontation.

Tribe related.

Everything will be fine, he thought to himself.

Delano

A subtle sound? You couldn't feel it if you didn't listen carefully. It was subtler than the sound of a bird flapping its wings, or, to exaggerate, a leaf falling to the ground, but Ner'zhul still heard it.

He held the head in his hand and stared at the hollow eye sockets. What others didn't know was that he heard Gul'dan's voice. That flattering tone was something he was all too familiar with.

Although Gul'dan was dead, his remains still wanted to make his mentor lose his mind again. Unfortunately, Ner'zhul would never be fooled a second time. He snorted, because he trusted Gul too easily.

Dan, causing him to inadvertently betray the tribe.

"Gul'dan, poor fellow! I am still alive, and who is dead?" he whispered to the head. Suddenly, a ray of light shone into Ner'zhul's tent. He stopped talking to the Skull of Gul'dan.

.

A sturdy figure stood at the door of the tent with the light behind him.

"When will your promise be fulfilled?" Grom Hellscream said. Ner'zhul was used to his rudeness. Grom was just being disrespectful to himself and had not yet reached the point of disobeying orders.

Ner'zhul smiled. Until now, everything was going according to plan. He touched the skull with some evil energy, as if he was admiring his own treasure.

"The Skull of Gul'dan can help us reopen the portal."

Hellscream trembled, not in fear, but in excitement. "You better not be kidding."

The old shaman smiled again and waved Talon Gorefiend to come in. Now Hellscream and he are Ner'zhul's deputies. Gorefiend is responsible for commanding all death knights and ogres, while Grom is responsible for controlling him.

The call to action is given to all orc clans, of course! More often than not, it's in a violent way.

Now, the tribe has reunited many clans. The Thunder King, Fireblade, Laughing Skull and Bonechewer clans have all joined them. Only the Crimson Walker clan has not yet joined. The tribe's strength has become a lot stronger again, but it is still not as strong as

Not until their first invasion of Azeroth.

"I'm glad about that," he said, "and now—you." Ner'zhul pointed at the gorefiend, "you know what to do next."

"Yes!" Gorefiend nodded affirmatively, "But are you sure that the crack will not suddenly close after opening?" Despite having the Skull of Gul'dan, Gorefiend still doubted Ner'zhul's ability.

He believed that Ner'zhul could fully expand the crack with the help of several death knights.

'How dare he doubt you! He should pay for offending you.'

"I can do it." Ner'zhul heard some whispers. He knew who was speaking, but he chose to ignore it. Now he had absorbed a considerable amount of energy from the Skull of Gul'dan, which was enough for him to control

And open the rift. "Besides, the Dark Portal no longer needs our assistance to operate. Now, prepare to do what you want to accomplish, Talon!"

The death knight's eyes flashed slightly, then he nodded curtly, turned around and walked out of the tent, his cloak billowing behind him.

Ner'zhul turned to Grom again. "You also act quickly. The sooner you complete the task, the sooner we can achieve our goal." Grom exhaled, raised his battle ax in salute, and followed the blood

The devil walked out.

'So, you've deceived them again, how ridiculous. They don't know your true plan - the Horde no longer needs Azeroth.'

"Yes..., but they will be grateful to me!" Ner'zhul responded to those whispers. He walked towards the Dark Portal, with Hellscream, Bloodfiend, and many orcs watching him. Under the bloody sky, when

When Ner'zhul faced the empty Dark Portal, it was announced that everything had begun again!

Azeroth

Rumble!

Nathanos hurriedly ran into the hotel in Stratholme. It was raining heavily outside, but luckily he didn't get soaked in the rain.

"Boss, I need a room and some food."

"As you wish!" The innkeeper happily took the three silver coins that Nathanos threw on the counter and went to make arrangements respectfully.

Nathanos sat down casually, patting his wet clothes.

"Nathanos!"

When the human being heard someone calling him, and there were two voices, he immediately raised his head.
