Chapter 1 - The Hiding Place

…………

Night had already fallen, and most of his people were asleep. Only he and the guards outside were still active. Thrall should have been asleep at this time, but since Brox left, he had been worried about his safety and could not fall asleep at night.

The light of the torch in the distance was swaying and cast a beating shadow on the ground. Thrall didn't care about the shadow at first, and then suddenly noticed another shadow stretching and moving, covering his face.

The tribe chief jumped up from his stone throne: "Who is it?"

This is definitely not the shadow of an orc, or other tribe members. From the fact that he is not as strong as an orc, nor as tall as a troll, let alone whether he is a tauren or not.

Could it be an assassin? There are many enemies in the tribe, and many people want to assassinate him. The man in front of him is likely to do so. Thrall couldn't see what the other party looked like, but his scarlet eyes meant that he was not a natural disaster or an evil person who abused taboo magic.

The man dragged his steps forward slowly, but did not completely reveal his appearance.

"Has Dunhold's enslavement become the chief of the great? It's amazing, Thrall!" The intruder shouted in a strange voice, "Hello, the chief of the tribe!"

"Who are you? What's your purpose?" Sar roared. The chief tried to make noise to attract the attention of the guards, but he waited for a long time but did not hear the footsteps of the Kukaron guards.

"Your guards are 'slept', but don't be nervous. I didn't do anything to them, and I'm not here to kill you. I'm here to tell you a message...a message about Broxsiga Sarufal."

"Brox? How is he doing? Say it!"

A battle axe slid out of the shadow, and the aura was filled with demonic blood. Thrall was so familiar with the taste.

"He has sacrificed... but he has eliminated many enemies before this! He blocked the invasion of the Burning Legion, and it took a day to count the enemies he killed! He..."

The figure in the shadow shook his head, and Thrall seemed to understand that this man was the witness of everything.

"There will be no more demons! Broxsiga and the warriors who fought side by side defeated the Burning Legion. Your warrior faced Sargeras, the leader of the Burning Legion without fear!" After saying that, the man lowered his head with respect, "He saved this world!"

Thrall stood speechless for a while, then asked, "What you said is true? Didn't you lie to me?"

"Yes, this is his weapon."

“I’ve never seen it.”

"This weapon was tailored for Brox, and he waved it and injured the Dark Titan."

"We will find a place to store it," Saar whispered, picking up the battle axe from the ground respectfully. He looked at it with awe. The battle axe was as light as a feather, made of wood from head to toe, but it was obviously a good axe that was extremely sharp. "How could you know these..."

The figure did not answer. Thrall looked up and found that he was no longer there.

The tribe chief snorted and rushed out of the door. He subconsciously grabbed the axe in his hand and suddenly became alert, thinking that this might be to get rid of his vicious plot.

Outside the Horde Master Fort, he saw all the Kukaron guards stationed outside snoring on the ground, thunderously. They must have been hit by some Male Magic, but Thrall doesn't want to worry about this now.

Where is he? Where has that guy gone?

There was no one outside!! Thrall let out a confused growl and walked past the two Kukaron guards. He hurried to the clearing ground. A full moon hung in the air, illuminating the surroundings. Thrall always believed that the full moon in the Valley of Wisdom was the most heart-warming, but the orc leader still saw nothing.

When he accidentally looked at the moon, he finally saw it.

He saw a huge figure, flapping his wings, about to disappear into the darkness.

It's a giant dragon!!! Wind Element tells the young chief that there is a dead soul behind the dragon.

Nathanos closed his eyes, Mnozdo was at the right speed, and the wind slashed on the face of the undead was very comfortable. He brought Brox's relics back to his homeland.

Now he can finally go home, not to go home to rest, but to start another war!

...

The East Plague Land. Unlike other places, although Dalong County is dead silent, it does not have natural disaster minions or bloody Crusaders, because its geographical location does not have any strategic value. For natural disasters, there is no fresh flesh and blood here; for the Crusaders, there are no undead creatures here, at least after inspecting the situation here a few times, no discoveries were found.

But for those who want to avoid both sides, this is an excellent place to hide.

The dark ranger Veronara stood on the mountain on the west side of Daron County and stood guard. She had to always pay attention to the situation from Stantamme in the north and Haven in the east. Neither Kel's Thujad's troops nor the Blood Crusaders would let them go.

The moon rises to the highest point, which means it's time for a replacement to take over her position.

A slight footsteps came from behind, and the dark ranger looked back and saw that figure as slender as himself, unable to help but be weak.

"Veronara, is there anything unusual?"

The same question will be asked from Enya every such night, but Veronara will never get bored. She will also answer her sister's questions by shaking her head, and smile to reassure the other party.

"Have everyone else come out to play?"

Enya hesitated for a second, her expression a little stiff, "The situation is a bit... complicated."

Veronara's smile disappeared. What does it mean to be complicated? Is someone missing?

"Don't worry, everyone is fine." Enya added quickly, "but they don't seem to want to come out. They would rather stay in a dark corner."

"I'll go and have a look."

Veronara walked past Enya and handed over the heavy responsibility of keeping watch to Enya, who had to persuade those who were like her.

The Dark Ranger first came to a wooden house that was kept intact. It was a hotel, including a wine cellar, with a total of three floors. The remaining tables and chairs here were not cleaned, and they were covered with dust and were tilted. No matter what, the more chaotic it is, the more it is, the illusion it gives others the illusion that it is abandoned and there is no one at all.

"It's time to go out for activities, we can't hide all day long."

Her eyes glanced, and there was no movement at first. Then a head was poked out from the corner of the stairs; a figure also appeared behind the kitchen stove; the wardrobe was pushed away from the inside, and the lid of the barrel in the wine cellar fell to the ground... More than a dozen undead appeared slowly in Veronala's sight.
