Chapter 17 - Fulfillment
…………
In the alliance leader's military tent, what happened just now made the atmosphere here strange.
"Do you really think Nathanos is talking nonsense, Marshal?" asked Kardga, who had not spoken.
Lothar only glanced at the mage and turned his gaze back to Hillsbrad's map. "What do you think?"
"Maybe I shouldn't be saying anything more, but Nathanos's concerns are reasonable. If Orgrim really marched like that, we should be prepared in advance." Kadega tried to persuade Lothar. Aurelia, who was standing beside him, asked back: "Do you rather believe him than the elves' insight?"
"Ms. Aurelia, I'm just expressing my personal opinion. I believe in your Ranger, but it doesn't mean I will deny that young man in full."
"Enough." Lothar stood up and stopped their quarrel. "I will deal with this matter. Nathanos's idea has his reasons, but we cannot make a big fuss just by his words. Besides, the possibility of the tribes going to the water is much less than that they will attack Rapids directly from land. We cannot disperse our troops."
Lothar's words were very pertinent, and no one was present to refute. Uther wanted to excuse Nathanos, but the opportunity to win forgiveness was actually seized by Nathanos, and he just admitted his mistake. Thinking of this, Uther couldn't help but be afraid. Nathanos was his apprentice, and he knew this child very well. His intelligence, unique insights, and sharp thinking. His only disadvantage was his stubbornness. His different views on things also made him not apologize to anyone, because from his perspective, all his explanations were correct, just like his understanding of the Holy Light.

The Hammer of Destruction gathered everyone to give a speech. They gathered in front of the fortress called the Black Stone Tower, a huge building made of black stones. It is located at the top of the Black Stone Mountain and stands at the highest point of the Burning Plain Mountains. The Dragon Throat Clan chief Zulushid once came here and felt the power hidden in the mountains. When a few dwarves who lived here were dealt with, the tribe seized the place. Then Orgrim chose this place as the base of the tribe, and the terrain and natural defense were the reasons why he did this.
Below him were orcs from various clans, waiting for the chief to speak very eagerly. They had completely conquered this continent, with better prey and richer land than their hometowns, but this was still far from enough to accommodate all of them. And there were still some questions about counterattacks - they had driven humans away from this continent, but this did not guarantee that they would not return here with reinforcements or alliances. The Hammer of Destruction was not worried at all. He knew that the alliance was preparing, but the tribe was not doing nothing during this period. Now, they were ready.
"My tribe!" he roared, holding his warhammer high. "Listen to me." The orcs calmed down and all their faces were facing him. "We have seized this land, which is very good!" A burst of cheers erupted. The Hammer of Destruction did not continue to speak until the cheers stopped. "This world is very suitable for survival, and we can rebuild our home here!" Another burst of cheers rang out. "But first, we must solve those indigenous people! Humans are very powerful and skillful, and they will try to regain what once belonged to them.
A voice of agreement spread throughout the tribe, and many orcs who had fought with humans agreed.
"We must continue our conquest!" The Hammer of Destruction said to their tribe, pointing the Hammer to the north. "Another land, Lordaeron, is another powerful kingdom of mankind. Not far from this land, once we conquer there, we can settle down and start building our homeland. But first we must take him from the hands of mankind. And this time they will not surrender easily." The large number of shouts condensed into a sound, showing the orcs' desire for battle. The Hammer of Destruction raised a hand to stop them.
"I know you are all strong," he said to them. "I know you are all warriors and never show cowardice in war. But there are many human beings, and this time, they will be prepared." He leaned on his warhammer. "But they are not prepared for our allies."
He made a gesture behind him, and then a guy about the same height as Orgrim walked to the chieftain and faced the tide-like army of tribes below. Zujin walked up and the leader of the Forest Troll led hundreds of tribes to attend the meeting. Those people were arranged behind him and the Hammer of Destruction, and raised their axes, daggers and spears. "These are all forest trolls." The Hammer of Destruction introduced to the orcs below. "Now they are all members of the tribe and will fight with us. They have powerful strength and human cunning, and no one can defeat them in the forest! They will become our guides, our scouts, and our forest warriors!"
Zujin walked forward, his long red scarf flying in the wind. "We swear allegiance to the tribe." He declared, despite the fabric covering his mouth, the voice was still very clear. "We will fight with you, we will destroy humans, elves, and any enemies that may stand before us." The orcs and forest trolls began to cheer, and Zujin nodded to Orgrim before retreating.
"They are not our only ally." The Hammer of Destruction announced. He turned around and a group of Dark Knights strode up. They covered their ugly faces, and a heavy piece of cloth wrapped around their heads and faces, so only their eyes could be seen. However, the tribe could see their broad shoulders and chests. The leader of the Dark Knight raised his short stick high, and the gem of this weapon emitted dazzling light and even compared to the sun. Gul'dan had promised Orgrim would create an army that would absolutely obey him, and now he did it. At least for now, Orgrim was very satisfied.
"We are the Death Knights." The voice of the knight leader dragged. His strange voice was like a cold wind. "We swear to be loyal to the tribe and the Great Chief. We will fight like any of you, and then let all the enemies of the tribes be wiped out from this world!" They once asked the Hammer of Destruction that he did not want other orcs to know their true faces, and Hammer of Destruction also agreed. Many people would not be happy to know that these new warriors were human faces. The warlocks of the Shadow Council, which Orgrim had killed, were magically employed by Gul'dan, and put their souls into the dead human bodies.
"The Death Knights will be our cavalry and our vanguard." The Hammer of Destruction shouted. "They are powerful and fast, and can release dark magic to tear open the lines of our enemies."
He paused. "We may soon acquire another allies." He admitted. He also hoped that the thing would be ready now, but Dragon-throating Chief Zulushid told him that it would take more time to prepare. But now, it is enough.
