Chapter 20 - The Other World(2/2)

"Where is she?"

"She's fine, fine. You don't have to worry. The judge who decided where the soul should go knows what she went through during her lifetime, so she arranged the best destination for her."

"A destination?" Nathanos murmured. He had to weigh how trustworthy Bwonsamdi's words were. Is his mother's current situation really good?

"Tell me all about the Shadowlands, Bwonsamdi. I want to understand this world that I've come to long ago."

Sylvanas approached the Eastern Plaguelands along Sodoril and the wide and flat riverbed. There were many other stone turtles wandering on both sides of the river. This creature just wandered back and forth, and occasionally a few would raise their heads to look.

He looked towards the female elf passing by in a hurry, with no intention of obstructing her.

The upper reaches of the river were not contaminated by the plague of the Scourge. Sylvanas continued to move forward in the direction and jumped to the other side by using a protruding stone in the river. Not long after, the plague appeared in her sight.

The desolate scenery of the land. She realized that she had never been so excited after entering the Eastern Plaguelands.

Sylvanas slowly put down her steps and began to think about what she should talk to Nathanos for a while. This question must be thought of in advance, otherwise she would definitely feel at a loss after meeting Nathanos, and Nathanos

Si would laugh at her for it.

After much thought, Sylvanas decided to talk about the progress of the trial at White Tiger Temple. If Nathanos wanted to talk about something else, he would have to ask.

Some natural disaster dogs and giant bats appeared around Maris Farm. This is not to say that this looks normal, but the presence of these dead animals means that there are no Forsaken guards near the farm.

Sylvanas felt very strange. When Nathanos met her here last time, he clearly sent many guards to ambush in the jungle. Why this time... She had a premonition that something was wrong. Even if Nathanos usually

Even if Si was away, he would send people to guard his old home. But now all those guards are gone.

"Nathanos?"

When the female elf arrived at Maris Farm, she saw nothing and did not smell another person's scent in the air. But the footprints on the ground showed that someone had already arrived here.

The ranger's intuition told her that this was a trap.
