5454 Quidditch

In a blink of an eye, it was November 1993. An important courtyard culture in Hogwarts kicked off - the Quidditch Cup.

[Qidditch] is a kind of air team confrontation sport in the "Harry Potter" series that is popular in the entire magic world. It is equivalent to football or basketball in the Muggle world.

Almost no one in the magic world doesn't like this kind of sport. As a modern veteran otaku who doesn't like basketball and football, Xiao Ming also has no feelings for Quidditch.

The relevant information is found in the memories of Dumbledore, Sirius and Voldemort, but whenever Xiao Ming checks it, he automatically skips it. He doesn't pay attention at all.

However, the little brothers and sisters around him, and even the professors, ignored his wishes and forced them to bombard him in turn.

Hogwarts' Quidditch season starts from November to April of the following year. Four academies fight each other, and the college with the highest accumulated points will win the Quidditch Cup.

Quidditch was named after Quidditch, where this game originated in the 11th century AD. Since then, after nearly a thousand years of changes and development, today's Quidditch competition has emerged.

Like ordinary games, it plays on a court surrounded by stands, with three 50-foot-tall gold poles at each end, with rings on the top of the poles.

The contestants were divided into two teams, riding a broom to fight in the air, each team had seven people, each with a goalkeeper, three chasers, two hitters and one finder.

As a ball sport, Quidditch plays three different balls at the same time:

A red ball the size of a football is the "Ghost Flying Ball". The chasers pass the Ghost Flying Ball to each other and try to pass it through the opponent's ring, which can score 10 points each time. The goalkeeper is responsible for guarding the team's ring;

Two aggressive black balls that are slightly smaller than the ghost flying balls are called "Roaming Balls". They will fly around in the air by themselves and always want to knock the player off the broom. The batsmen are responsible for protecting their teammates from being hit by the roaming balls and hitting it at the opponent's player at the same time;

The last ball is a small golden ball with wings that looks like a pine tower and is called the "Golden Snitch". It flies as fast as lightning. The job of a ball seeker is to catch it.

When the Golden Snitch was captured, the team that caught it scored 150 points directly, and the Quidditch game was also announced to be over.

But this does not mean that the team will definitely win, because the difference between the two teams may be greater than 150 points.

The thief has physical memory, which can identify the first person to touch it with his hands to prevent controversy when catching the ball.

When the Magic Sports Department was established in 1750, it formulated a series of rules: it felt similar to the rules of football matches.

1. During the game, although there is no limit on the athlete's flight altitude, the athlete must not exceed the boundary of the court. If an athlete flies outside the boundary of the court, his/her team must hand over the ghost flying ball to the opponent's team.

2. The team captain can send a "pause" signal to the referee. This is the only time that athletes can touch the ground during the entire game. If a game has lasted for more than 12 hours, the pause time can be extended to 2 hours. If a team fails to return to the court after 2 hours, the team will lose the qualification for the game.

3. The referee can award a team a penalty (similar to a penalty in a football match). The chaser in charge of the penalty will fly from the center circle to the scoring area. Except for the opponent's goalkeeper, when the chaser takes the penalty, all athletes must stay behind honestly.

4. During the game, athletes can grab the ghost flying ball from another athlete, but under any circumstances, athletes must not grasp any part of the other athlete's body.

5. During the game, if there is a disability on the court, no other athletes shall be replaced. The team will send the injured athletes to the court and continue the game.

6. The wand can be brought into the court, but under what circumstances? It must not be used against the opponent's players, the opponent's broom, referee, ball or other spectators present.

7. A Quidditch match can only end if the Golden Snitch is caught or the unanimous consent of the captains of the two teams.

8. Only goalkeepers can stop the opponent's team from throwing the ghost flying ball

Rule 7? Let Xiao Ming feel full of malice. If the two teams are of equal strength, they can even fight until the end of the world.

It is said that the longest record of Quidditch's game time is three months. Not to mention the players, even the audience is so tired.

The Magic World’s love for Quidditch is comparable to the Muggle World’s love for football. It even has the Quidditch World Cup. So it looks? There is no essential difference between the Magician and Muggle.

This sport has been popularized in the magic circles of various continents and has become popular. It is said that only Asia is not very popular.

Because in many Asian countries? Flying carpets are still the most preferred means of transportation for magicians? Flying brooms are not often used. Only Japan has just begun to popularize this sport.

When Zhang Qiu introduced, he was still imagining that it would be great if this sport could be popularized into China. Xiao Ming had no interest in this.

Because this is in the world of reincarnation, except for some places related to the plot, and some derivative areas. Other places including China? They do not really exist.

Otherwise, Xiao Ming would have done something else long ago. Of course, it was not a boring little thing like promoting the Quidditch movement.

He is likely to find various museums in Great Britain? He will send all the cultural relics from China back, and also send other cultural relics as interest. As for whether he will do something more interesting? It depends on Xiao Ming's mood.

The protagonist group expressed regret for the stubbornness of the leader's right guard. Harry Potter also wanted to show off his skills in front of new friends.

In the first academic year? Harry showed flying skills beyond everyone's imagination? Professor Minerva McGonagall recommended him to join Gryffindor's team and become a golfer.

There is only one task for the ball seeker, which is to catch the golden thief. The golden thief is the fastest flying ball, and those who can serve as the ball seeker are all flying athletes.

Harry lived up to expectations and caught the Golden Snitch in the finals twice in the first and second academic years, and was the winner of Gryffindor. There is no doubt that his goal this year is of course to win three consecutive championships.

There is also a small episode here. In the second academic year of the original work, Harry's right arm was broken. He was also damaged by the insane teacher Gidro Lohart.

In this life, there were participation from the reincarnationists, and several reincarnationists took turns to protect Harry using various abilities, so that he was not injured at all.

As for the ability used by the reincarnation, the system will automatically block the curiosity of the magicians and will not grasp the ability and identity of the reincarnation.
