Chapter 5 - Cure
…………
Continue to go deeper into Woshuku, the more demons they met, but they were all shrimp soldiers and crab generals. At first, Nathanos was worried that Woshuku might hide the leader of the Burning Legion, but after walking for a long time, apart from seeing more artistic carvings, he had not encountered powerful obstacles.
"There are orc warlocks here." Nathanos kicked the corpse that fell to the ground, and some strands of white hair scattered out of the orc's black hood. This was obviously a young orc, but his body was so old. The erosion of evil magic on people was crazy.
"Nathanos!" Merriel stood at the door of a room, looking up at something. The Withered Walked over and looked into the room.
The facilities inside were simple, with only a small platform. Nathanos finally saw clearly what surprised Merell. On that platform, a bunch of fragments of various shapes flew, forming a puzzle with a structural symmetrical structure, like a painting or a mysterious mark.
Nathanos thought of Kenreto at first glance, but the sign of the mage organization was the eyes, and he realized that this was a creature, which had life, but could not be explained by common sense. It floated slightly up and down, accompanied by the sound of music, and the whole body emitted a blue-blue light.
"What is this?" The wither felt a little uncomfortable. The music was interfering with him, as if telling pain.
"I don't know." Merriel replied, his expression seemed relaxed. Nathanos doubted whether the mage heard the sound of the creature, or was it only he could hear it? "But this creature has two different powers, the Holy Light, and the Shadow. The Holy Light is weak, and the Shadow... is devouring it."
“I have some…”
Merriel's eyes turned and found that Nathanos was not in good condition. "What's wrong with you?" The mage placed one hand on the shoulder of the wither, and the other party leaned forward slightly at this moment, giving people a shaky feeling.
"I... is not very good!" Nathanos felt dizzy. He closed his eyes but saw a holy light flying towards him, passing through his body, and countless scenes poured into his sight. In the vast universe, a spacecraft fell on Delano like a meteor, and when approaching the planet, something was thrown from the spacecraft. The thing stopped above the Shadow Moon Valley. Nathanos wondered why he knew it was in Shadow Moon Valley. This name appeared in his cognition like a picture. Only a crystal mountain was left in the position of the wreckage of the spacecraft.
That's it, it's Wo Shugu!
What was the thing in front of him and Merrell? Surprisingly, as if someone understood Nathanos's question, the picture immediately gave him the answer.
There is a creature called Naru in the universe, who masters the power of holy light and shadow. When Naru's holy light is exhausted, it will be transformed into a dark Naru form and restore its power by absorbing the soul. The Naru in front of him is called Kowure. It was abandoned, and Nathanos understood that feeling very well, but to his surprise, Kowure took the initiative to be abandoned. When his power of holy light was exhausted, he decided to stay here and fend for himself.
The consciousness of the wither finally returned to his body. He opened his eyes wide and stared at Kewule nervously. "Be careful!" He pushed away Merriel Naru's body with great force, and it was definitely not a good thing to be hit by him.
When Nathanos stood up again, Kowrey had already undergone a mutant change, and its body was surrounded by shadow vortexes that surged from all directions. Gradually, Kowrey's body was compressed. In the shadow storm, a taller and terrifying creature appeared, a pure shadow energy creature, compared to just now, it now has a basic human form, but it appears in a state of evil and chaos.
"Prepare to fight, Merell." Nathanos stood in front of the mage, "This is a powerful enemy that will swallow everything around him."
"I've seen such a power, Nathanos."
The Withered Man unexpectedly discovered that Merriel reached out and pressed down the sword he held in front of him.
"This is the power opposite to light."
"Then do you have a way to deal with it?"
Merell was stunned for a second, as if he was making some determination, "Let me deal with it." Just this sentence, the mage passed by Nathanos and threw away the Etiyes staff in his hand. His shadow was changing. After so long, Nathanos almost forgot that there was another power hidden in the undead, which also made him call himself "evil wind".
"Can you control it?"
"If I can't..." Merriel's voice began to become thicker, "You kill me." The mage's body began to swell, and his body was surrounded by black air. The magician's demonic form appeared on a mage, and Nathanos sweated for Merriel. A fearful demon king was sealed in his body. Once the demon's power was released, the two consciousnesses would compete for this body.
Merell roared, raised his demonized hand, and the boundless magic power leaped between his palms. Only when the mutated Kowrey screamed, his whole body ignited, swallowing him in the flames.
"It's easy!" Merriel threw out these words, but a black hole appeared in Kowray's chest, sucking all his spells in. Nathanos could not tell whether it had become stronger because of this, but at least it was not damaged.
"It seems not enough." The devil-like mage cursed, raised his hands to start casting the spell for the second time, but Kowrey was faster than him and stretched out an eagle-like hand to him. In an instant, Nathanos, who was outside of the battle, felt the air around him solidify into a rope, wrapping him, and tied his hands and feet tightly, unable to move at all. He opened his mouth, but found that his voice was also lost.
The spell covers the entire room, but Merriel seems to be unaffected.
"Come on me!" Merell saw Nathanos being affected, and his anger burned in his body. Another spell released a flame explosion technique that fused the power of evil in his hands. This spell worked, and Kowre was repelled, and the magic that bound Nathanos also subsided.
"There are still people approaching!" Merriel felt something.
The wither stood up with difficulty, "A new enemy? I'll stop him!" His tone sounded like a man who had just learned to speak, "Where will he show up?"
"On your right!" he said, Nathanos, who was prompted, turned his head. Sure enough, a dark purple portal appeared out of nowhere in the air, and a bandage man in a robe walked out of it. He looked taller than those wandering people outside Voshugu, and meant he was stronger. At the same time, he had a trident-shaped crown on his head and a purple gem inlaid in the middle. His shoulders, hands, and mailed with gold-edged patterns on his waist.
"Who are you?" Nathanos said vigilantly. He had never thought the other party would answer. He was just looking for the other party's flaws.
"I think your sword is right and wrong." The new stranger suddenly said, speaking with a gentlemanly polite tone. "I am not your enemy."
