Chapter 21 - The second and third fragments, the protagonist's statement

…………

The last time I faced the demon, I was at Woshgu, but they were just a few minions, but now, I was facing an amazing army of demons. The first piece of the curse code had been successful, and Glomto almost messed up. After seeing Sesino find the fragment box, the guy rushed up and robbed him. If I hadn't covered him and escaped... Well (gripping my teeth), I really hope that Oronoke's other two sons would be more worry-free.

Glomto also wanted to follow me to find his brother and bring back the second piece of fragment. I tried to keep my peace of mind and sent him to deliver the first piece of fragment to Oronoke.

Finally, I was left alone... This felt really good.

The second piece of fragment was hidden inside the Demon Camp Ilidare post. My "ally" is Ator, the second son of Orunoke, who is a hunter. With this alone, I hope that the two of us will communicate unhinderedly. This is true. He should have been smarter than his brother, but the situation he faces is very bad.

I found Ator in the heart of the Ilydare Post, to be precise, because Ator was caught and suffered incredibly painful torture. His soul and body had been separated and bound in the air by four fel crystals. The first thing I did was to release the orc's soul. He found the key in the hands of a terrifying demon king, but it was too late. Ator's soul was greatly traumatized and could no longer return to his body.

"This is fate, friend." Ator's soul said to me, "My soul has never stopped fighting. I must retrieve the second fragment of the curse code. As long as you are willing to lend a helping hand, you can help me achieve this attempted wish."

I really want to answer that everything I did was not for his mission, but when facing the dying person, I still said that I would help him.

Everything was ready, and a monster named Veneratus was hidden near the altar south of the Ilidare post. Ator pulled a piece of fragment from his soul and handed it to me. He said that once Veneratus appeared within the tracking range of the soul fragment, the soul hunter in the soul fragment would appear and force the demon to appear.

All I have to do is kill that demon. I don't know what other monsters I have never seen in the Burning Legion. I have also thought about what Veneratus looks like, but when I saw it, I was still a little disgusted. This guy went from scratch to...

...No, it has no feet, it only has a head, a mouth full of sharp teeth, and three pairs of eyes and worm-like tentacles under its head. Veneratus flew in the air, and from the moment it appeared, I was wondering, why would Illidan feel at ease to hand over the fragments to it?

But this doesn't matter anymore. Since all the betrayers do this, I will accept it with a smile.

………

Blasphemer Ruhr? Orunoke's youngest son Blake said that Illidan Storm had noticed someone stealing the curse code. He passed the message through the magic face crystal to allow the blood elves to transfer the last piece of fragments. The person who performed this task was called Ruhr.

This name sounds so stupid that it doesn't sound like an elf.

I was waiting outside the Dragon Throat Fortress, and Brack said that the elf would show up here, but I waited for a few hours and saw no trace of the elf except the void dragons that could be seen everywhere in the sky.

If it were someone else, I would have been unable to stand it anymore, but I am different because I have a mission to be my companion. I have reached the last step and I have to persevere.

The night was about to pass, and the prey finally arrived. He appeared in my sight without warning (because he came on the Void Dragon). I pulled my bow and was ready to shoot through his head at any time. There was no need to do this, my goal was to fragments of passwords rather than him.

"It seems like there is work done!"

My first attack was blocked, and the Void Dragon had a very sharp hearing. As my bow and arrow approached Ruer's eyebrows, the beast actually raised his head and blocked my bow and arrow for its owner.

Ruer jumped off the corpse of the void dragon, his face as usual, without fear or anger, and without even a trace of surprise. Even with a bow and arrow in front of him, he was still unmoved.

Illidan finally found a reliable guy!

I raised my bow and arrow and wanted to shoot it immediately, but why did Ruhr show nothing to resist?

He should have rushed over to attack me long ago.

"To be honest, you shouldn't listen to the information of that orc." I knew the moment he said, but I wanted to confirm it again.

"Who are you talking about?"

"Orunoke's youngest son, Berak." Ruhr glanced at his Void Dragon, with some regret in his eyes, but it was fleeting.

He spoke of Oronoke and his son, and Illidan had known this long ago.

I was very confused and doubtful.

"Who am I?"

He looked at me and said, "I don't know. I'm just here to lure you out on the order of my master."

"So these are all plans?" I said this verbally, but I didn't believe it at all. The idiot in front of me actually nodded confidently. Within a few hours of waiting, I had already detected that there was no ambush here, and it was also a way to escape after an accident.

"Then should you find some helpers, or you can shout loudly?" I pointed to the location of the Dragon Throat Fortress. This is a good suggestion. As long as the blood elves shout loudly, in less than ten minutes, there will be groups of dragon knights surrounded.

"I won't share my glory with others."

Very good, a typical self-righteous expression. The blood elves who followed Kelthus here probably were like this.

"Your glory is to bring the fragments of the curse code here, and I will take them from your body."

This sentence made him completely angry. In the blink of an eye, he was staring at me! He felt that I was about to shoot arrows again, so he hurriedly avoided it. Then there was a sound of tearing the air. If he slowed down for another half a second, he would be dead.

And I wasted another arrow.

Ruer escaped my attacks several times while flipping through the fight. I was not angry, but I was confused. I couldn't guarantee that every bow and arrow would hit 100% hit, but this was so strange... I missed several times in a row.

He showed a disdainful expression to me, his eyes as if he was saying, "My bow and arrow can't do anything to him."
